
When it comes to my gym workouts, I like to plan them in advance. But when life is busy and you're on the go, that's not always possible. So I have a go-to workout that I would like to share. A workout that I do and love when I have nothing planned.
Warm-up
30 min cardio on the treadmill

5 squats 20lbs
10 squats 15lbs
15 squats 10lbs
20 squats just the barbell
Round 3
20 squats no barbell
15 squats 10lbs each side
