
Let me tell you this! The first month was not easy. Trying to stay motivated daily especially on those days you don't feel like working out, is very hard. When people say you need a support system, I would agree. I have in my corner, a very supportive group of ladies. We met on Facebook, created a what's app group and do weekly Fitbit challenges. Without this support system and me being a little bit competitive, I wouldn't have lost 9lbs in the first month.

Working-out daily
Have my last meal at 5pm
Cut out bread
For all those who struggled in the first month, stay motivated and keep moving forward. If you mess up one day, get back up and keep going. You can't be successful without failure.
