2 Month Update

Progress is a heck of a motivator!


Two months in and I'm feeling great. Everything didn't go as planned, but I was still able to hit my goal of losing 5lbs for the month. I'm still facing challenges with a new baby when it comes to having a set schedule, but I'm just going with the flow and staying motivated.


My last post I spoke about cutting out sugar. Let's say I have restarted that challenge for the second time. It's not easy, but I'm going to keep at it. I'm all good until I have a stressful day, so I decided to prep my healthy snacks in advance and get rid of any sugar in the house. So stick with me guys, I promise I'll get this part right. :)


Lastly, I'm 63 days into my 100 days of fitness challenge, and I can't wait to share my before and after photo with you guys. I'm really pushing myself to get to my end goal and I'm learning so much and making new friends on this journey. Follow my journey on Instagram.
