What’s Next?

While I’m halfway through my 100 day of fitness challenge I ask myself what’s next. I’m seeing great results, but I know I can get more out of these 100 days if I make more changes. The most important change I’m planning on doing is cutting out sugar for 30 days.


When it comes to workouts I’m great, but when it comes to sugar it’s another story. Sugar is my comfort when I’m having a bad day or stressed, and being a new mom it can get challenging. So while I have less than 50 days to go in my 100 days of fitness challenge, I’m about to hold sugar in a head lock like Stone Cold Steve Austin.(showing my age)
