  2. Don’t weigh yourself everyday. Your weight changes on a daily and this can be discouraging.

  3. Make a routine and stick to it!

  4. Don’t get disappointed. Stay positive and keep moving forward!

  5. Reward yourself. Have a reward waiting for you at the end of your challenge. Use your reward as motivation.
