So it's been two weeks since I started my 100 days of fitness journey. I'll say, I'm doing way better than I thought. Out of the first 14 days I worked out 12 days because I caught the flu. I felt so bad that I missed those days, that I doubled my workout for a couple days to get caught up. (That's just me being me)
The most import thing I have learnt so far, is not to get discourage if everything doesn't workout as planned. Being a mom of a 5 month old, I just learn to go with the flow and find a way to make the day work for me. Many times I felt like saying "screw it, I'll workout tomorrow", but the quote "3 months from now you will thank yourself." kept me motivated.

Overall I'm generally happy with my progress so far and I can't wait to see what's in store.
Here are a few changes since starting this journey:
Lost 5 pounds
I'm more energetic
I'm eating healthier without dieting.(portion control)
Keep following me on this journey @kayberryfit.
